THE SAME MAN IS THE FOUNDER OF TWO NATIONS AND THIS RECORD IS ONE OF THEM. Leonti Mroveli's Georgian chronicle makes Togarmah the ancestor of the Georgians as well; no Georgian record is created here and no cross-tradition edge drawn, because a shared ancestor-claim in two national genealogies is a fact about two historiographies.
