Batara Guru (Karo)

In Dixon’s Karo account, Batara Guru and his unnamed wife, daughter of an underworld deity, obtain three sons and three daughters after receiving a wish-granting ring. A son makes the world; an underworld son shakes it. Batara Guru stabilizes it with an iron pillar and cross-beams.
