Ethausva

Ethausva is a name attached to a figure: winged, richly dressed, wearing a jewelled crown, and appearing in only a handful of Etruscan inscriptions. She belongs to the company of attendant goddesses who stand at the great scenes on mirrors, and she is usually associated with birth. That is the extent of it. The record is thin because the evidence is thin, and no sphere, kin or cult has been supplied to make it look fuller than it is.
