Thrasymedes

Greek · quartigod · trojan war · quartigod

Quartigod son of the demigod Nestor of Pylos by an unregistered mother (Anaxibia daughter of Cratieus in Apollod. 1.9.9, or Eurydice daughter of Clymenus in Hom. Od. 3.451-452); tier = (0.5 + 0)/2 = 0.25. 'Bold in counsel': a captain of the Achaean night-watch who arms Diomedes for the Doloneia, fights at the ships and over Patroclus, and at home in Pylos performs the axe-stroke in Nestor's sacrifice to Athena. He survives the war and returns home (no death/transformation attested), so NO lifecycle is authored. vitalStatus deceased reflects his eventual mortal end, not a Troy death. Brothers Antilochus and Peisistratus wired reciprocally in-batch; the mother is unregistered so only the father edge is set.
