Hittite Great King r. c. 1237-1209 BCE; father of Suppiluliuma II. Scion-tier under the Hittite divine-kingship convention. Defeated by Tukulti-Ninurta I of Assyria at the Battle of Nihriya c. 1245 BCE (a major late-13th-century reversal). Memorialized at Yazılıkaya Chamber B. Already dead by c. 1172 BCE — added for genealogical anchoring of Suppiluliuma II.
