His name and Kuninotokotachi's are the same formula with heaven and land exchanged, which is how the Kojiki marks the point where the account stops being about heaven only. The two are recorded separately here because the two texts treat them separately and because the Nihon Shoki puts the earthly one first in the whole cosmogony.
