Ilet ne-ya, 'the evil thunder' of the Nandi — the malevolent of the two thunders, whose near crash is him trying to reach earth to kill people, and whose sword is the forked lightning; he is driven off by his name-sake the good thunder. Authored as a numen, era 'mythic'. Wired as the evil aspect of Ilet (kalenjin_ilet, 'aspect of'; reciprocated by 'aspect') and as the sibling/name-sake counterpart of Ilet ne-mie (reciprocated). inheritability 'none' throughout.
