The registry held Tohil and neither of his two colleagues, which makes the K'iche' political settlement unreadable: the point of the three gods is that there are three lineages, that each carries one, and that they did not separate because the god had the same name in each branch. One god is a deity. Three gods carried by three named men into three named temples is a constitution.
