Isapini (also given as Tsabini) is the companion of the culture hero A'aisa in bush Mekeo tradition, where the two travel together and their deeds help fix death, sorcery and custom. The attestation is thinner and more localised than that of A'aisa himself: the sources differ on the spelling of his name and on whether he is A'aisa's brother or simply his fellow-traveller. The paired heroes are of particular interest to Mark Mosko, whose Quadripartite Structures (1985) reads bush Mekeo cosmology through recurring sets and pairs.
