Imra the Creator

Nuristani/Kafir creator; name from Indo-Aryan *Yama-raja(n) ('King Yama'). The religion was largely suppressed when Kafiristan was conquered and Islamized (renamed Nuristan, 'land of light') in 1895-96. Counterpart of Kalash Dezau.
