Tangotango

Maori celestial woman, sky-wife of Tawhaki and mother of Arahuta. Some recensions call her Hapai; here the by-name Hapai denotes the celestial wife of Tawhaki and is kept distinct from the Hawaiian Hapai by-name attached to the thunder-goddess Whaitiri.
