Annona

Annona is the grain that has to arrive. Rome could not feed itself, and the corn fleets from Egypt and Africa were the difference between a quiet city and a riot — so the supply itself was given a goddess, shown with corn ears, a measuring modius and the prow of a ship. She belongs to the emperors rather than the Republic: Annona Augusta on the coinage is the regime advertising that the bread will come.
