Khors

This is the fault this programme keeps finding, in its clearest form yet. The Primary Chronicle names six gods in one sentence; the registry held five of them and had done so through every prior pass. Five-of-six is worse than none, because a corpus with a hole in the middle of its only enumerated pantheon looks complete. He is also, on the frequency count, the second-best-attested god the East Slavs have. The record does not resolve the sun-or-moon question, because the sources do not: the Tale of Igor's Campaign passage that is the main evidence for either reading is ambiguous, and the record says so rather than choosing.
