Bili Sowi Loko is named in Wanokaka oral tradition as one of the noble brothers of the pasola legend, riding in the joust instituted after the loss of the widow Rabu Kaba. As with the other named figures of the tale, his name and kin role vary across recorded versions and are set down with inconsistent orthography; he belongs to the localised West-Central Sumbanese folklore of the pasola and nyale rather than to the pan-island Marapu high pantheon.
