Male; a deity-class being of the first age. Khanukh is also remembered as an ancestral name/crest of the Tlingit (the Kā'naqxᴀ.ádi). Swanton's orthography varies; the precise Tlingit form is reconstructed here as Khanukh. Attestation is thinner than for Raven, so weighted as supporting.
