Toba/Qom (Gran Chaco). English 'Sun' leads. Treated as a celestial deity. Native Toba solar term not securely attested in the consulted sources, so term left empty. In western-Formosa Toba tradition the Moon is feminine and the Sun complementary; the pair belong to Chaco star-mythology rather than a sun/moon-brothers cycle (the brothers pattern here is Carancho/Fox).
