The Altai god of wisdom, reason and unerring archery, a son of the creator Kayra Khan who holds the seventh heaven. In the south-Siberian cosmogonic genealogy recorded by Radloff and Anokhin he stands beside his brothers Ülgen and Kızagan as the intellect of the upper world.
