Goddess worshipped as consort of Haldi in the eastern Urartian region, especially at Muṣaṣir/Ardini, where votive objects name 'Haldi and his wife Bagmashtu'. Her temple was plundered by Sargon II of Assyria in 714 BCE; the name is held to be of Armenian/Iranian origin.
