Kapuloyo is the son of the culture-hero Wohpekumeu. In the narratives of Wohpekumeu's line his fate is bound up with his father's fortunes and misfortunes, and he appears among the young woge who undertake journeys through the world and toward the sky. Recorded versions vary in the incidents attached to him.
