Son of Hayk; second-generation Haykazuni patriarch. Settled the Aragatsotn region in the Armenian Highland; the place-name Aragatsotn ("foot of Aragats") preserves his settlement-association. Less narratively-developed than his father in the Khorenatsi tradition but structurally important as the dynastic-continuity link to the third generation.
