- Reference treatment of Ao Bing: a dragon prince, the third son of Ao Guang, Dragon King of the East Sea, who volunteered to deal with Nezha and was slain by him in combat; the immortal Taiyi Zhenren later revived him using tendon-relaxing vines and white pine bark. Facing his parents' wrath after the killing, Nezha went to Taiyi Zhenren for help; Nezha's official Taoist name is Marshal of the Central Altar.
