Hedjhotep is thin and the record says so. What is attested is a god of cloth, occasionally paired with Tayt, and that is the whole of it. He is here because the alternative — a weaving goddess whose possible consort exists only as a clause in her own record — is the exact shape of gap this programme exists to close, and because an obscure god with a citation is better data than a silent omission.
