Mortal-tier 4th Oba of Benin (~1255 CE per Egharevba 1968). Birth-name Efabo. Through the Uzama-to-Ogbe palace relocation and the establishment of the three palace associations (Iwebo / Iweguae / Ibiwe) reorganized the kingdom's administrative architecture in ways that persisted for the rest of the dynasty. Renamed the kingdom from Igodomigodo (the Ogiso-era name) to Ubini (= Bini, modern "Benin"). Five generations from the quartigod founder Eweka I — registers as mortal-floor with divine-line annotation through the Oranmiyan-Eweka dynastic chain.
