Initiated the Iya I and Iya II inner moats around Benin City — the foundational phase of what would become, after Ewuare's 15th-century extensions, the largest single archaeological earthwork in human history (over 16,000 km of earth boundaries enclosing 6,500 km², per Patrick Darling's 1984 archaeological survey).
