Greek · quartigod · heroic age · Recorded classification
Quartigod son of Theseus by Phaedra. Trojan War veteran and Wooden Horse occupant. Together with his brother Demophon, recovered their grandmother Aethra at the fall of Troy — the canonical reunion-scene depicted on Polygnotus' Lesche of the Cnidians at Delphi (Pausanias 10.25.7-8). Father of Munitus by Laodice daughter of Priam during the pre-war embassy — the only Theseid-line continuation attested in primary sources, per Parthenius Erot. Path. 16 citing Hegesippus of Mecyberna.
