Son of Eurytus of Oechalia, Argonaut (with his brother Iphitus), slain by Heracles at the sack of Oechalia (variant: by Aeetes on the Argo). Mortal-tier. Distinct from the other Greek figures named Clytius — the Giant slain in the Gigantomachy, and Clytius son of Laomedon the Trojan elder, among others.
