Bhadrakali, created in the same act, is a BLOCKED census row rather than a second record. The corpus already holds `hindu_kali`, and whether Bhadrakali is that figure, an aspect of her, or a distinct being is exactly the kind of identification this programme does not make from one clause in one treatment. Ingesting her would risk duplicating a record the corpus already has.
