Lower Sky Lord
Khanty · deity · primordial · Recorded classification
Spirit-class layered sky/earth deity (classed as deity). il/yli = 'lower, under'; contrasts with num/numi 'upper' in Num-Torum. Attestation is thinner and more variable than for Num-Torum, hence secondary weight; included per the brief's request for Yli-Torum, with the Ob-Ugric 'torum' layering documented by Karjalainen.
