Kʼayum

Kʼayum, 'Lord of Song', is the Lacandon god of music and sacred singing, who accompanies the ceremonies of the gods with the drum. He is counted among the children of Hachäkyum, and his name is borne by many Lacandon men. In ritual his songs are the proper voice by which the deities are addressed.
