Tallay
Canaanite · deity · mythic · deity
Tallay is dew. In a country where the summer brings no rain at all, the dew that forms overnight is the difference between a crop surviving August and not, so a storm god's daughter named Dewy is a serious agricultural proposition rather than a decorative one. Her epithet, 'daughter of Rabb', is usually read as showers.
