Scion daughter of Atreus and Aerope (so the dominant tradition; a variant makes her a daughter of Pelops, hence a genealogy-variant edge to Pelops/Hippodamia). Sister of Agamemnon and Menelaus; queen of Phocis as wife of Strophius and mother of Pylades — through whom the Phocian refuge and the Orestes-Pylades bond enter the Atreid story.
