Alcmene

Scion (⅛ divine via Perseus → Electryon); Mycenaean princess; mother of Heracles by Zeus and Iphicles by Amphitryon. Sits at the canonical inheritance-dilution position in the Perseid line — three generations below Perseus's ½, the inheritance has dropped to scion-tier (⅛). When Zeus impregnates her with Heracles, he refreshes the line via fresh paternity, returning the demigod inheritance to ½ in a single generation. Hero-cult attested at Thebes and Megara post-mortem.
