Entered deity / male / immortal / mythic. Wired as sibling of Tane and Tu (the man-making triad). Atea/Fakahotu parentage is NOT asserted (the Paiore charts place the great gods variably; he is named 'son of Vaio' in his own legend). Cognate with Tahitian Ro'o and Hawaiian Lono (noted, not identity).
