Ilhu is the brother who is sent to fetch his sister and told not to say why. The sickbed section of the Kirta epic is domestic in a way almost nothing else from the Bronze Age is: the weeping in the house, the errand, the instruction to keep it from her for a few hours longer. He is a minor figure and the registry did not have him, which for a poem the registry does have is a gap worth closing.
