Zetes

Half-divine son of Boreas the north wind by the Athenian princess Oreithyia; twin of Calais; winged Argonaut. The Boread twins are nearly always treated as a single narrative unit — the Phineus-rescue and the Mysia-aftermath both feature both brothers without significant differentiation. The Pindaric Pythian 4 Argonautic catalogue and the Apollonian Argonautica establish the canonical pairing.
