Full younger brother of Lord 8 Deer Jaguar Claw; lifelong war-companion through the 94-conquest expansion, the 1097 Cholula pilgrimage, and the 1101 Red and White Bundle conquest. The two brothers (along with their third full brother Lord 9 Flower "Copalball with Arrow") form the war-band of the second Tilantongo dynasty under Lord 5 Crocodile + Lady 9 Eagle's union. The shared "Jaguar" epithet between 8 Deer ("Jaguar Claw") and 12 Earthquake ("Bloody Jaguar") reflects their joint-identity in the codex iconography. The half-sibling Lady 6 Lizard ("Jade Fan") via their shared father Lord 5 Crocodile is the rival branch eliminated in the 1101 conquest.
