Third of the five Upapāṇḍavas. Quartigod-tier son of Arjuna (Indra-paternal demigod) by Draupadī. Half-brother through their shared father to Abhimanyu (by Subhadrā), Irāvān (by Ulūpī), and Babhruvāhana (by Citrāṅgadā) — making the Arjuna-paternal sub-cluster of quartigods one of the most-attested in the entire Mahābhārata. Killed in the Sauptika-massacre.
